Філософсько-правовий вимір соціальної цінності жінки у Київській Русі

Abstract

У цій статті з філософсько-правових позицій розглянуті питання розуміння поняття «соціальна цінність людини». У сучасній науковій літературі продукується думка, що це поняття слід осмислювати через поняття «сенс життя» і «призначення» людини. Доведено, що перше з них позначає всю повноту цілеспрямованої життєдіяльності людини, індивіда як представника людського роду; він має особовий конкретно-історичний характер, він багатообразний, динамічний, лекальний; така характеристика «сенсу» пояснюється тим, що людина по своїй суті є соціально-творча і діяльна істота і постійно ставить перед собою все нові і нові цілі й завдання. «Призначення» виражає кінцеву мету існування людини як родової істоти, виражає сенс самого сенсу її буття як індивіда і особи.

This article examines the issues of understanding the concept of “social value of a person” from a philosophical and legal perspective. In modern scientific literature, the idea is that this concept should be understood through the concepts of “meaning of life” and “purpose” of a person. It is proven that the first of them denotes the fullness of the purposeful life activity of a person, an individual as a representative of the human race; it has a personal concrete-historical character, it is diverse, dynamic, local; such a characteristic of “meaning” is explained by the fact that a person is, by his very nature, a socially creative and active being and constantly sets himself new and new goals and tasks. “Purpose” expresses the ultimate goal of a person’s existence as a generic being, expresses the meaning of the very meaning of his being as an individual and a person.
