Conditions for development of the socio-cultural level of personality in today’s ukrainian society

Abstract

The existing conditions for reproduction of cultural development of a country’s population should be considered as one of the important factors of its economic and social growth. Conditions for cultural development of society combined with other components of social life of society create a synergistic effect able to intensify economic activity. The influence of the socio-cultural level of personality on his/her development in today’s Ukrainian is due to different factors and conditions. Analysis of the conditions for reproduction of the cultural level of the population allows identifying cause-and-effect relations between the existing network of cultural institutions and cultural development of society and establishing general and individual trends and patterns taking into account their national traditions and socio-economic specifics. Fluctuations in the time series of the amounts of financing and indicators characterizing the activities of the sector, as well as spiritual needs of the population serve as symptoms of changes in reproduction of the conditions for cultural development of society. The conditions for cultural development of the Ukrainian population were quantified based on the results of the research conducted.

Існуючі умови відтворення культурного розвитку населення країни слід розглядати як один із важливих факторів її економічного та соціального зростання. Умови культурного розвитку суспільства в поєднанні з іншими складовими соціального життя суспільства створюють синергетичний ефект, здатний активізувати економічну діяльність. Вплив соціально-культурного рівня особистості на її розвиток у сучасному українці зумовлений різними факторами та умовами. Аналіз умов відтворення культурного рівня населення дозволяє виявити причинно-наслідкові зв'язки між існуючою мережею культурних закладів та культурним розвитком суспільства, а також встановити загальні та індивідуальні тенденції та закономірності з урахуванням їх національних традицій та соціально-економічної специфіки. Коливання часових рядів обсягів фінансування та показників, що характеризують діяльність галузі, а також духовні потреби населення, слугують симптомами змін у відтворенні умов культурного розвитку суспільства. Умови культурного розвитку населення України були кількісно визначені на основі результатів проведеного дослідження.
