Abstract

У навчальному посібнику висвітлено основні питання загальної мікробіології, зокрема історія розвитку науки; місце мікроорганізмів у системі живих істот; морфологія, фізіологія, систематика мікроорганізмів; поширення мікроорганізмів у природі і їх роль у кругообігу речовин і енергії; вплив чинників зовнішнього середовища на життєдіяльність мікроорганізмів. Розглянуто поняття про інфекції, імунітет та властивості патогенних мікроорганізмів. Приділено увагу показникам санітарно-гігієнічної безпеки та основам експертної мікробіологічної оцінки товарів. Видання рекомендовано для здобувачів вищої освіти першого (бакалаврського) рівня за спеціальністю 076 «Підприємництво, торгівля та біржова діяльність» Університету ДФС України. Крім того, може бути корисним викладачам та студентам інших закладів вищої освіти, експертам та фахівцям митних органів.

The textbook covers the main issues of general microbiology, in particular the history of the development of science; the place of microorganisms in the system of living beings; morphology, physiology, systematics of microorganisms; distribution of microorganisms in nature and their role in the circulation of substances and energy; influence of environmental factors on the vital activity of microorganisms. The concepts of infections, immunity and properties of pathogenic microorganisms are considered. Attention is paid to indicators of sanitary and hygienic safety and the basics of expert microbiological evaluation of goods. The publication is recommended for students of higher education of the first (bachelor's) level in the specialty 076 "Entrepreneurship, trade and stock exchange activity" of the State Federal Service of Ukraine University. In addition, it can be useful for teachers and students of other institutions of higher education, experts and specialists of customs authorities.
