Імпортозалежність внутрішнього товарного ринку у контексті загроз економічної безпеки України

Abstract

Failure to national interests in the development of the internal market has led to increased dependence on imports. In Ukraine created the most favorable conditions for increasing dependence on imports and suppression of domestic producers in key economic activities. The factors are further escalation of threats are: the poor state of competitiveness of domestic producers, poor quality of strategic planning, low predictability of operating conditions in the domestic market, the financial weakness and lack of long-term financial resources for national producers, low levels of investment in the real economy, suppression of economic activity, inefficient tax system, the effectiveness of import substitution policies, high dependence on imports, cyclical inflationary pressures increase, the critical level of penetration of corruption in government regulation, the maintenance of a high level of contraband flows. Successive decisions in combating threats to economic security must comply with state development priorities. Without a systematic and comprehensive approach to the development and implementation of principally new economic model of development of the internal market, the country plays an “survival” economic model.
