Abstract

The course of lectures is prepared taking into account the requirements of the credit-module system according to the curriculum of the discipline "theory, technology and types of health and recreational physical activity". The peculiarity of the course of lectures is the possibility of independent mastering of the course by distance or correspondence form of training and annotation in Ukrainian and English. Each topic contains a summary of the main theoretical provisions, a list of issues that are mandatory for the study and final control of knowledge. Modern domestic sources, best practices in the organization of recreational services, current legislation are used. Designed for students majoring in physical therapy, occupational therapy and physical education in higher education.
