Правове регулювання штучного інтелекту у фінансовому секторі України

Abstract

Стаття присвячена характеристиці правового регулювання використання штучного інтелекту у фінансовому секторі України. Проведено систематичний аналіз понять, що стосуються впровадження штучного інтелекту у фінансові процеси, зосереджено увагу на різноманітних сценаріях, де штучний інтелект може значно полегшити функціонування фінансових підрозділів. Виявлено ризики, пов'язані з впровадженням штучного інтелекту у фінансову сферу, та обґрунтовано напрями їх зниження. Аналізовано ситуації, в яких штучний інтелект може стати ключовим інструментом для оптимізації процесів у фінансових установах, підвищення продуктивності та зменшення ризиків. Зосереджено думку на важливості збалансованого підходу до використання штучного інтелекту, враховуючи його нормативно-правове регулювання в зарубіжних країнах. Звертається увага, що штучний інтелект у фінансовому секторі може бути як шансом на успіх, так і потенційною загрозою для майбутнього. Автором обґрунтовується потреба в пошуку оптимального способу впровадження штучного інтелекту в бізнес-процеси, щоб забезпечити успішне й стабільне майбутнє для фінансового сектору. Додатково, варто врахувати, що впровадження штучного інтелекту у фінансову сферу потребує не тільки технологічних змін, а й формування культури його застосування.

The article is devoted to the characteristics of the legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in the financial sector of Ukraine. A systematic analysis of concepts related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in financial processes was carried out, focusing on various scenarios where artificial intelligence can significantly facilitate the functioning of financial units. The risks associated with the introduction of artificial intelligence into the financial sphere are identified, and the directions for their reduction are substantiated. Situations in which artificial intelligence can become a key tool for optimizing processes in financial institutions, increasing productivity and reducing risks are analyzed. The opinion is focused on the importance of a balanced approach to the use of artificial intelligence, taking into account its regulatory and legal regulation in foreign countries. Attention is drawn to the fact that artificial intelligence in the financial sector can be both a chance for success and a potential threat for the future. The author substantiates the need to find the optimal way to introduce artificial intelligence into business processes in order to ensure a successful and stable future for the financial sector. In addition, it is worth considering that the introduction of artificial intelligence into the financial sphere requires not only technological changes, but also the formation of a culture of its application.
