Інформаційна функція бухгалтерського обліку та її роль для внутрішніх користувачів

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність інформації в сучасних умовах господарювання та значення економічної інформації в діяльності підприємства. Висвітлено основні види економічної інформації, їх роль в діяльності суб’єктів господарювання та місце в досягнені підприємством визначених цілей. Інформація змінила свій статус і розглядається не просто як певні відомості про якийсь об’єкт. Розкрито також склад внутрішніх користувачів та параметри системи внутрішньогосподарської звітності. Означено місце та значення бухгалтерського обліку в інформаційній системі підприємства. Визначено роль бухгалтерського обліку у формуванні комплексу внутрішньогосподарської (управлінської) звітності та іншого інформаційного забезпечення вимог користувачів. Представлено нові вимоги до інформації в сучасних умовах господарювання.

The article deals with the essence of information in modern economic conditions and the importance of economic information in the enterprise. In a market environment, the effectiveness of enterprise management depends on the security and correct use of economic information by internal users. The main source of economic information is the accounting and reporting system. The analysis of the information function of accounting and the reporting system of the company allowed us to draw conclusions about the change in the role and importance of economic information in modern conditions of management. Information has changed its status and is considered not just as some information about an object. The current state of the economy, economic conditions, the development of computer technology and communications have led to the integration of accounting, analysis and control, which has significantly changed the information. At the same time, the needs of the users and their information requirements have also changed. The basic types of economic information, their role in the activity of economic entities and the place in the objectives achieved by the enterprise are highlighted. The composition of internal users and the parameters of the internal reporting system are also disclosed. As economic information carries different value for each internal user, the necessity of forming a complex of internal (management) reporting adequate to the needs of users is determined. The role of accounting in the formation of a complex of internal (management) reporting and other information support of user requirements is determined. The place of accounting in the information system of the enterprise, its main task, defined by the owner (owners) and the general social significance are indicated. New requirements for information in modern business conditions are presented. Solving problems of information support of users will allow to change the process of making managerial decisions.
