Abstract

The paper analyzes the evolution of communicative relations between government and society in the socio-political sphere of Ukraine. It is determined that the formation of an information society is a key factor in global changes that affect the modernization of public administration. The role of the free flow of information and knowledge in ensuring effective interaction between government and citizens is considered, which contributes to increasing the competence, competitiveness of the country and the development of a new economy. The need to develop open and transparent communication systems as the basis for active participation of society in making management decisions is emphasized.
