Теоретичні основи товарознавства

Abstract

У навчальному посібнику висвітлено основні питання, що стосуються теоретичних основ товарознавства, зокрема предмет, зміст і завдання сучасного товарознавства; принципи та методи товарознавства; теоретичні основи формування потреб і споживання товарів; основи безпеки споживання товарів; правове регулювання у сфері захисту прав споживачів; властивості товарів; споживні властивості товарів; хімічний склад продовольчих товарів; якість товарів та її оцінка; методи визначення показників якості товарів; концептуальні засади експертизи товарів; класифікація та кодування товарів; асортимент товарів; види і засоби інформації про товари; ідентифікація та фальсифікація товарів; основи збереження якості та маси товарів під час товаропросування, подовження строків служби і придатності товарів. Видання рекомендовано для здобувачів вищої освіти першого (бакалаврського) рівня за спеціальністю 076 «Підприємництво, торгівля та біржова діяльність» Університету ДФС України, а також може бути корисним для викладачів і студентів інших закладів вищої освіти, експертів та фахівців митних органів.

The textbook covers the main issues related to the theoretical foundations of commodity science, in particular the subject, content and tasks of modern commodity science; principles and methods of commodity science; theoretical foundations of the formation of needs and consumption of goods; basics of safety of consumption of goods; legal regulation in the field of consumer rights protection; properties of goods; consumer properties of goods; chemical composition of food products; quality of goods and its evaluation; methods of determining product quality indicators; conceptual principles of examination of goods; classification and coding of goods; assortment of goods; types and means of information about goods; identification and falsification of goods; the basics of preserving the quality and weight of goods during the promotion of goods, extending the service life and shelf life of goods. The publication is recommended for students of higher education of the first (bachelor's) level in the specialty 076 "Entrepreneurship, trade and stock exchange activity" of the University of the SFS of Ukraine, and may also be useful for teachers and students of other institutions of higher education, experts and specialists of customs authorities.
