Правовий нігілізм як форма правосвідомості українського суспільства у процесі політичного транзиту

Abstract

The article clarified the causes of legal nihilism as a certain form of legal consciousness of the Ukrainian society is in a stage of political transition. Indicated that the main source of the emergence of legal nihilism is the state of crisis of the political system of Ukraine and, accordingly, one of its components - the legal subsystem. It is proved that the solution to the problem of legal nihilism is closely related to overcoming political instability in Ukraine on the modern stage. Shows the influence of the «Revolution of dignity» on the formation of legal consciousness of Ukrainians. Observed that the revolutionary events contributed to the formation of new Ukrainian society, and the public became, the democratic Union, the key to the emergence of social changes that saved Ukraine from the ideology of information totalitarianism and provided mass organized protest of the most active social strata at the end of 2013
