Умови інформаційного забезпечення повоєнного відродження державного сектору України

Abstract

В статті визначений рівень фінансової допомоги уряду України, а також актуалізований запит країн-донорів на її ефективне використання. Визначено, що пролонгація міжнародної фінансової допомоги може відбутися лише за умов реалізації стратегії реформування системи управління державними фінансами, трансформації системи державного фінансового контролю, удосконалення системи бухгалтерського обліку в державному секторі. Ідентифіковано стан державного фінансового контролю та бухгалтерського обліку в державному секторі, а також викладені пропозиції з їх удосконалення.

The article determines the level of financial assistance provided to the Ukrainian government and highlights the donor countries' emphasis on its effective use. It has been determined that the continuation of international financial assistance is contingent upon the implementation of a strategy to reform the public financial management system, the transformation of the state financial control system, and the improvement of the public sector accounting system. The state of state financial control and accounting in the public sector has been identified, and proposals for their improvement have been outlined.
