Бюджетна стратегія як елемент управління економічним ростом України в умовах євроінтеграційного курсу

Abstract

The article explores the essence and significance of the budget strategy as a factor for ensuring Ukraine's economic growth in conditions of European integration. The necessity of finding new approaches to the implementation of budget policy and identifying areas for improvement of the budget strategy as an element of management of socio-economic development of the country is determined. The author notes that the stable development of the Ukrainian economy at the expense of the tools of budgetary policy is one of the conditions for achieving the level of development of European countries. It was established that implementation of budget policy is carried out with the help of synergistic effect of measures of strategic and tactical nature and aggregate elements of the budget mechanism. In the author's work the mechanism of budget policy implementation in the context of socio-economic development of the country was built. The project of the budget resolution "Main directions of the budget policy for 2018-2020" is analyzed.
