Abstract

The article analyses the international and domestic regulatory framework regarding the definition of «professional judgment». Formulated a generalized definition of «professional judgment». Pre-conditions that cause expansion of application of the professional judgement of accountant are considered. The value of accountant is reasonable at the stowage of the financial reporting as an important factor that directly influences on quality of the financial reporting of enterprise. Studied the main threats affecting the non-ethical practice is an accountant and proposed measures to prevent the misuse of professional judgment accountant.
