Альтернативні джерела фінансування державних цільових екологічних програм в Україні

Abstract

In the scientific article the financing of public targeted ecological programs in Ukraine from different sources. The necessity of mobilizing public funds to finance state programs in the Environmental Fund for Environmental Protection of Ukraine, which will significantly increase the effectiveness of funding environmental sphere. Based on international experience outlined alternative sources of funding of public targeted ecological programs, among which highlighted: ecological tax base expansion; increase fines for violations of ecological laws; improve management of official development assistance to Ukraine in the field of environmental protection; venture capital; sustainable investment; lending sphere of environmental protection ecological banks. The role of the capitalization of natural resources to create alternative sources of funding of public targeted ecological programs in Ukraine. Directions financing of improvement of environmental protection at the state level.
