Механізм трансфертного ціноутворення в операціях із офшорами в умовах глобалізації економіки

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сучасні підходи до питання трансфертного ціноутворення в умовах глобалізації економіки. Значну увагу приділено новаціям в податковому законодавстві щодо плану щодо протидії розмиванню податкової бази та виведенню прибутків з-під оподаткування. Окреслено сучасні характерні особливості взаємозв’язку офшорних фінансових юрисдикцій та оновленого трирівневого формату звітності з трансферного ціноутворення. Обґрунтовано напрями контролю за трансфертним ціноутворенням в Україні в умовах глобалізації.

The article deals with modern approaches to the issue of transfer pricing in the conditions of globalization of the economy. Considerable attention is paid to innovations in the tax legislation regarding the plan to counteract the depreciation of the tax base and the elimination of the profits from taxation. The modern features of the offshore financial jurisdiction interconnection and the updated three-level reporting format for transfer pricing are outlined. The directions of control over transfer pricing in Ukraine in the conditions of globalization are substantiated.
