Анотація
Розглянуто динаміку розвитку фондового ринку, вплив міжнародних потоків капіталу на обсяг операцій з цінними паперами й на рівень ризику фондового ринку. Проаналізовано залежність стану національного фондового ринку від обсягу і структури приватних запозичень фінансових установ на міжнародних фондових ринках.
The dynamics of the stock market development, the influence of international capital flows on the volume of securities transactions and the level of stock market risk are considered. The dependence of the state of the national stock market on the volume and structure of private borrowings of financial institutions in international stock markets is analyzed.
