Кримінологічна характеристика заняття гральним бізнесом

Abstract

In stats there is a criminological characteristic of the grave business. Rice has been analyzed, which characterizes the particularity of zlochintsy – the organizer of the granular business and the gambling business. It is characterized the reasons for the occurrence of zoolina by the distinguished persons, to which the lack of legislation, economic, political, legal, organizational reasons are presented. It is apprehended by a healthy criminologist to characterize the zoolina of the transmitted art. 203-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – preoccupying with the local business, analyzing the specialty of the malefactor, formulating the prospects for coming in and out of the way with the corporate business.
