Дистинктивність як чинник самовираження, саморозкриття та розвитку особистості: психологічний дискурс

Abstract

У статті розкрито зміст поняття «дистинктивність» та проявів дистинктивної поведінки особистості. Здійснено аналіз основних наукових підходів до вивчення поняття дистинктивності у психологічних дослідженнях. Зазначено, що кількість наукових праць, у яких безпосередньо розглядається поняття «дистинктивність» особистості є обмеженою, а також відсутнє загальноприйняте визначення зазначеного терміну. Водночас у психологічній літературі поряд із терміном «дистинктивність» вживаються такі поняття, як «індивідуальність», «оригінальність», «самобутність», «унікальність», які в межах даного дослідження інтерпретуються як концептуально близькі. Дистинктивна поведінка постає як форма самовираження та саморозкриття особистості, що проявляється у мисленні, поведінці, творчості, професійній діяльності та соціальній взаємодії й сприяє реалізації внутрішнього потенціалу особистості у соціальному середовищі. Обґрунтовано, що прагнення до дистинктивності пов’язане з фундаментальними психологічними потребами – потребою у включеності та потребою в диференціації, баланс між якими забезпечує психологічну цілісність і стабільність особистості. Дистинктивність розглядається як важливий чинник особистісного розвитку та саморозвитку, оскільки саме дистинктивні риси задають індивідуальний вектор життєвого шляху, сприяють усвідомленому вибору, творчій активності та самореалізації. Самовираження та саморозкриття сприяють особистісному розвитку, підвищують рівень самоповаги та формують здатність до усвідомлених рішень. Зазначено, що у крайніх формах прагнення до унікальності може вступати у суперечність із соціальними нормами, проте за сприятливих умов дистинктивність виступає ресурсом інновацій та розвитку особистості. Особливі прояви дистинктивності простежуються у феноменах обдарованості та геніальності, де унікальність мислення, незалежність суджень і внутрішня мотивація стають джерелом створення принципово нових ідей та смислів. Здійснено огляд психологічних досліджень, у яких аналізуються психологічні наслідки війни, проблеми травматичного досвіду. З’ясовано, що саме в умовах тривалого кризового впливу актуалізується дистинктивність особистості як внутрішній психологічний ресурс розвитку особистості, що сприяє збереженню суб’єктності, автентичності та цілісності Я.

The article reveals the content of the concept of "distinctiveness" and manifestations of distinctive personality behavior. The main scientific approaches to studying the concept of distinctiveness in psychological research are analyzed. It is noted that the number of scientific works that directly consider the concept of "distinctiveness" of personality is limited, and there is no generally accepted definition of the specified term. At the same time, in the psychological literature, along with the term "distinctiveness", such concepts as "individuality", "originality", "originality", "uniqueness" are used, which are interpreted as conceptually close within the framework of this study. Distinctive behavior appears as a form of self-expression and self-disclosure of the personality, which is manifested in thinking, behavior, creativity, professional activity and social interaction and contributes to the realization of the internal potential of the personality in the social environment. It is substantiated that the desire for distinctiveness is associated with fundamental psychological needs - the need for inclusion and the need for differentiation, the balance between which ensures the psychological integrity and stability of the individual. Distinctiveness is considered an important factor in personal development and self-development, since it is distinctive features that set the individual vector of the life path, contribute to conscious choice, creative activity and self-realization. Self-expression and self-disclosure contribute to personal development, increase the level of self-esteem and form the ability to make conscious decisions. It is noted that in extreme forms, the desire for uniqueness may conflict with social norms, but under favorable conditions, distinctiveness acts as a resource for innovation and personal development. Special manifestations of distinctiveness are traced in the phenomena of giftedness and genius, where the uniqueness of thinking, independence of judgments and internal motivation become a source of creating fundamentally new ideas and meanings. A review of psychological studies analyzing the psychological consequences of war and the problems of traumatic experience was conducted. It was found that it is in conditions of prolonged crisis that the distinctiveness of the individual is actualized as an internal psychological resource that contributes to the preservation of subjectivity, authenticity, and integrity of the self.
