Динаміка рівня тривожності здобувачів вищої освіти у прикордонному регіоні в умовах війни

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the dynamics of the level of anxiety of students of higher education in the border region in the conditions of war. The theoretical foundations of the research are highlighted, where the works of domestic and foreign scientists are presented regarding the problem of adaptation, adaptive behavior, adaptive capabilities of students of various specialties. It is noted that the process of adaptation of student youth to study in higher educational institutions under martial law affects the result of educational activities, the formation of adequate behavior, internal psychological comfort and successful interaction with others, however, against the background of the manifestation of a high level of anxiety caused by constant negative exogenous and endogenous factors in the conditions of war, each acquirer seeks to satisfy the basic need for self-preservation and psychological security using different behavioral strategies. The conducted empirical study showed that the detected high level of reactive anxiety among applicants at the initial stage of the study is aggravated by the presence of personal anxiety and indicates the manifestation of insufficient confidence, tendency to reflection and low self-control. At the end of the calendar year, the respondents living in the border zone and the combat zone showed a generally moderate manifestation of OT. Such achievers feel more confident, maintain emotional balance in difficult situations to which they have already managed to adapt. The dynamics of the reference factors for the adaptation of indicators of moderate and high levels of personal and reactive anxiety testifies to the fact of the variability of the indicated anxiety reactions of neurohumoral regulation, which can stimulate the perception of real events and transform the physiological and psychological responses of the organism as a whole. The study of the mental processes of young people and the dynamics of their changes at different stages in the border region in the conditions of war showed that emotionally colored mental states can complicate the perception of real events, and weak manifestations of emotional reactions are not able to provide the necessary level of adaptation to crisis situations
