Abstract
У роботі розглядається роль науково-технологічних парків у якісній урбанізації територій України. Проаналізовано історико-правові та економічні передумови розвитку урбанізації, промислового потенціалу та соціальної інфраструктури, а також значення інноваційних центрів для сучасного розвитку міст і регіонів.
The paper examines the role of science and technology parks in the quality urbanization of Ukrainian territories. It analyzes the historical, legal, and economic prerequisites of urban development, industrial potential, and social infrastructure, as well as the significance of innovation centers for modern city and regional development.
