Public-private partnership in the context of the public policy of digitalisation

Abstract

The monograph explores public-private partnership (PPP) as a tool of public policy and crisis management in the context of digitalisation. It substantiates the importance of cooperation between the state, business, and civil society for Ukraine’s economic recovery and strategic development. The impact of PPP on economic growth is analysed, with particular attention to the role of information infrastructure in building trust among stakeholders. The study examines the regulatory and institutional framework and outlines prospects for PPP implementation in infrastructure, energy, and public services. It emphasizes the need for structural reforms, transparency, and effective risk management to ensure sustainable development.
