Abstract

At the current stage of development of our society, integration processes affecting the development of criminal law is like a kind of intra-systemic legal integration and is defined as the combination of system elements caused by a legally significant activity criminal legislation into a structurally ordered whole unity, which must have a relative independence, stability and autonomy of functioning. Such integration must maintain integrity and the unity of criminal legislation, the coherence and interconnectedness of its structural elements.
