Зарубіжний досвід антикорупційної діяльності в органах публічної влади

Abstract

The article notes that corruption is one of the most destructive social phenomena that impedes the optimal development of any state, the efficiency of public administration and the functioning of social institutions. It is noted that the experience of countries with high anticorruption rating (Denmark, Sweden, Singapore, Japan, Great Britain, France, Germany, USA, Estonia, Poland, Lithuania) is useful for Ukraine. That is why there is an actual problem in researching and implementing in Ukrainian realities the positive practices of foreign experience in using effective methods, mechanisms, tools in preventing, preventing and combating corruption in the activities of public authorities. The emphasis is placed on the concept of Good Governance, the key to the anticorruption policy of the Scandinavian countries, to which key anticorruption components are: citizens' participation in decisionmaking; transparency of incomes, decisions, actions; timely response to the needs of citizens and accountability of state structures of the public.
