Сутність та методи оцінки трaнсaкційних витрат на фондовому ринку

Abstract

Досліджено сутність трaнсaкційних витрат на фондовому ринку та методи їх кількісної оцінки. Розкрито зміст та функції основних типів трaнсaкцій, основні чинники, які впливають на рівень трaнсaкційних витрат. Визначено, що для вибору джерел залучення капіталу доцільно використовувати ординалістський підхід до аналізу трансакційних витрат, для вартісної оцінки рівня витрат більш перспективним є кардиналістський метод. Для зменшення рівня трансакційних витрат запропоновано змінити модель розкриття інформації емітентів цінних паперів.
