Публічна служба в митних органах: принципи, завдання, функції

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано принципи, завдання та функції служби в митних органах. Сучасний напрямок України на євроінтеграцію засвідчують її прагнення сформувати власну національну правову систему відповідно до найвищих міжнародних стандартів. Враховуючи державоутворююче значення національної митної служби, її вдосконалення знаходиться у зоні підвищеної уваги як уряду, так і суспільства. Надзвичайно важливим сьогодні є створення ефективної організаційної моделі митних органів, здатної не лише гарантовано наповнювати держбюджет, а й надійно захищати інтереси економіки та громадян, створюючи сприятливі умови для полегшення торгівлі, збільшення товарообігу та пасажиропотоку через митний кордон України.The article analyzes the principles, tasks and functions of the service in the customs authorities. Ukraine's current direction towards European integration is evidenced by its desire to form its own national legal system in accordance with the highest international standards. Considering the state -forming importance of the national customs service, its improvement is in the zone of incr eased attention of both the government and society. It is extremely important today to create an effective organizational model of customs authorities, capable not only of guaranteed filling of the state budget, but also of reliably protecting the interests of the economy and citizens, creating favorable conditions for facilitating trade, increasing the turnover of goods and passenger traffic through the customs border of Ukraine.
