Abstract

This article is concerned with the necessity ofeconomic and legal guarantee at the branch of the management regulation ofthe environmentprotection in Ukraine. The main role ispaid to the working out and the introduction ofthe legalacts with thepurpose ofthe guarantee of the constant development of the society approved by the world’s association. There are recommendations about the strategic trends ofthe economic reforms.
