Abstract

У монографії проаналізовано теоретичні й прикладні проблеми психологічного і педагогічного сприяння розвиткові обдарованих дітей та молоді. Узагальнено знання в галузі обдарованості, нагромаджені вченими різних поколінь і різного фаху. Розкрито природу і сутність обдарованості як об’єкта дослідження в сукупності головних передумов, проявів, характеристик, а також визначальних обставин, чинників і каталізаторів розвитку. У контексті ціложиттєвої перспективи розвитку обдарованих індивідів особлива увага приділена дошкільному й шкільному етапам, коли закладається базис для реалізації здібностей, обдарованостей і талантів. Розглянуто роль сім’ї, освітніх інституцій, соціального й культурного середовища у розвитку обдарованої особистості.The monograph analyzes theoretical and applied problems of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of gifted children and youth. It summarizes knowledge in the field of giftedness, accumulated by scientists of different generations and different specialties. It reveals the nature and essence of giftedness as an object of research in the aggregate of the main prerequisites, manifestations, characteristics, as well as determining circumstances, factors and catalysts of development. In the context of a lifelong perspective on the development of gifted individuals, special attention is paid to the preschool and school stages, when the basis for the realization of abilities, gifts and talents is laid. The role of the family, educational institutions, social and cultural environment in the development of a gifted individual is considered.
