Анотація
В статті досліджено новели КПК України щодо регулювання стадії підготовчого провадження, процесуальний порядок його проведення, коло учасників цієї стадії, запропоновано шляхи вирішення прикладних та теоретичних проблем, які виникають в ході підготовчого судового засідання.
The article examines the novelties of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine regarding the regulation of the stage of preparatory proceedings, the procedural order of its conduct, the circle of participants in this stage, and proposes ways to solve applied and theoretical problems that arise during the preparatory court session.
