Когнітивне моделювання сталого розвитку регіонів України

Abstract

У дослідженні застосовується когнітивне моделювання сталого розвитку регіонів України. Використано метод концептуального моделювання, що ґрунтується на обчислювальних процедурах, для структурного аналізу регіонів України. Цей метод дозволяє на якісному рівні описувати і досліджувати слабоструктуровані системи, до яких належать регіони України. Досліджено вплив окремих чинників на розвиток регіонів. Проаналізовано систему взаємопов’язаних факторів та їх вплив на розвиток регіонів країни за допомогою когнітивної карти. Здійснено структуризацію інформації про сучасну ситуацію в регіонах України та проаналізовано механізми їх функціонування. На основі цього були сформульовані базисні фактори комплексу когнітивних моделей. На основі когнітивного моделювання здійснено структурний аналіз регіонального розвитку та досліджено взаємозв’язок між регіональною системою і системою вищої освіти. Розроблено когнітивну модель соціально-економічної системи регіону – функціональний граф, у якому вершини відповідають чинникам системи, а дуги відображають функціональну залежність з-поміж них.

Cognitive modeling of the sustainable development of the regions of Ukraine is used in the study. The method of conceptual modeling, based on computational procedures, was used for the structural analysis of the regions of Ukraine. This method makes it possible to qualitatively describe and study weakly structured systems, to which the regions of Ukraine belong. The influence of individual factors on the development of regions has been studied. The system of interconnected factors and their influence on the development of the country's regions was analyzed using a cognitive map. The information on the current situation in the regions of Ukraine was structured and the mechanisms of their functioning were analyzed. On this basis, the basic factors of the complex of cognitive models were formulated.On the basis of cognitive modeling, a structural analysis of regional development was carried out and the relationship between the regional system and the system of higher education was investigated. The cognitive model of the socio-economic system of the region has been broken down - a functional graph, at which the vertices give the officials of the system, and the arcs show the functional fallacy of their neighbors. It was examined that virisheno zavdannya, connected with the cognitive structurization of the objective gallery and the cognitive cognitive model, as well as with the conducted scenario modeling, the development of the situation in the social and economic sphere of Ukraine. The scenario forecasting carried out in the work can become the basis for developing recommendations for further practical measures to improve the economy and the social sphere
