Abstract

У статті досліджено роль інформаційних технологій та аналітичних платформ у підвищенні ефективності бізнес-процесів в умовах цифрової трансформації економіки. Обґрунтовано, що цифровізація управлінських і обліково-звітних процесів є необхідною передумовою забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємств, оптимізації використання ресурсів та підвищення якості управлінських рішень. Особливу увагу приділено системам електронного документообігу та електронної звітності як ключовим інструментам сучасного бізнес-середовища. У роботі досліджується вплив інформаційних технологій на ключові сфери бізнесу, зокрема сервісну діяльність, управління та виробничі процеси. У сучасних умовах розвитку цифрової економіки інформаційні технології перетворилися на один із головних чинників підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств, оптимізації бізнес-процесів і формування стійких конкурентних переваг. Застосування цифрових рішень у сфері сервісу забезпечує автоматизацію обслуговування клієнтів, удосконалення комунікацій та персоналізацію послуг, що сприяє зростанню рівня задоволеності споживачів.

The article examines the role of information technologies and analytical platforms in increasing the efficiency of business processes in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. It is substantiated that the digitalization of management and accounting and reporting processes is a necessary prerequisite for ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises, optimizing the use of resources and improving the quality of management decisions. Particular attention is paid to electronic document management and electronic reporting systems as key tools of the modern business environment. The paper examines the impact of information technologies on key areas of business, in particular service activities, management and production processes. In the modern conditions of the development of the digital economy, information technologies have become one of the main factors in increasing the efficiency of enterprises, optimizing business processes and forming sustainable competitive advantages. The use of digital solutions in the service sector provides automation of customer service, improving communications and personalization of services, which contributes to an increase in the level of consumer satisfaction.
