Проблема банкрутства вітчизняних підприємств в сучасних умовах господарювання

Abstract

The article considers the issue of bankruptcy of enterprises in Ukraine. Statistics of bankruptcy of enterprises in Ukraine and in countries with developed market economies are given. Statistics on the number of bankruptcy cases of enterprises initiated by the proceedings are given. Statistics on the share of unprofitable enterprises in the sectors of the national economy of Ukraine are presented and it is pointed out that in this connection it is impossible to widely use such a bankruptcy procedure as liquidation. It is determined that the mechanism of liquidation of bankrupt enterprises is an effective tool in countries with developed market economies, and for Ukraine it is more acceptable to financially rehabilitate such enterprises and restore their solvency.
