Анотація
The methodological basis of the historical and legal study of the problems of imprisonment in the form of imprisonment, developed by us, is the set of methods and techniques of scientific knowledge, conditioned by the purpose and peculiarities of the phenomenon under analysis - the execution of imprisonment. Combining us in the process of studying philosophical, general scientific and special scientific methods is able to ensure the comprehensiveness and completeness of the historical and legal study of the problems of execution of imprisonment.
