Abstract

У навчальному посібнику розкривається зміст, організаційна структура, призначення, функції та завдання державних цільових фондів України. Також розглядається досвід діяльності аналогічних фондів у деяких економічно розвинених країнах світу. Структура навчального посібника відповідає робочій навчальній програмі, вирізняється системністю: зміст його поділений на тематичні частини, в яких виділяються окремі теми. Теми, у свою чергу, також чітко структуровані та виділяють історичні аспекти розвитку державних цільових фондів, організаційну структуру, особливості ієрархічного підпорядкування елементів структури, основні напрями, цілі, завдання та функції діяльності тощо. Призначається для викладачів, студентів економічних спеціальностей вищих навчальних закладів, а також для усіх бажаючих, яких цікавить питання функціонування державних цільових фондів.

The study guide reveals the content, organizational structure, purpose, functions and tasks of the state trust funds of Ukraine. The experience of similar funds in some economically developed countries of the world is also considered. The structure of the training manual corresponds to the working curriculum, it is distinguished by its systematicity: its content is divided into thematic parts, in which separate topics are distinguished. The topics, in turn, are also clearly structured and highlight the historical aspects of the development of state trust funds, the organizational structure, the peculiarities of the hierarchical subordination of the elements of the structure, the main directions, goals, tasks and functions of activities, etc. It is intended for teachers, students of economic specialties of higher educational institutions, as well as for all those who are interested in the functioning of state trust funds.
