Abstract

The completeness of the implementation of internal control functions depends on the motivation of the performers of these functions. In determining the motivation of the subjects of internal control of the budgetary institution, it is necessary to correctly choose and use all the variety of types of motivation, both tangible and intangible. Usually effective methods of motivation are those used to meet material needs (material methods): bonuses, one-time rewards, additional paid leave, valuable gifts, personal allowances, etc. However, the effective material motivation of the subjects of internal control of the budgetary institution faces an eternal problem - the lack of funds in the budget of the institution. Therefore, it is important for management to find and use new in content forms and methods of material motivation of staff.
