"Green" Finance as the Main Source of Sustainable Development in the Post-war Reconstruction of Ukraine

Abstract

The article provides a thorough analysis of the theoretical and practical foundations of the development of green finance, as well as substantiates the prospects for the introduction of effective financial instruments in the field of green economy in order to ensure the post-war recovery of Ukraine's economy. Attention is drawn to the fact that the process of restoring the country's economy after military operations requires a review of traditional development priorities. The aim of the article is to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of "green finance" development, identify the key challenges of "green financing" in the context of Ukraine's post-war reconstruction, and formulate proposals for overcoming these challenges through the implementation of effective financial instruments.У статті здійснено ґрунтовний аналіз теоретичних і практичних засад розвитку «зелених» фінансів, а також обґрунтовано перспективи впровадження ефективних фінансових інструментів у сфері «зеленої» економіки задля забезпечення повоєнного відновлення економіки України. Зокрема, йдеться про необхідність пошуку збалансованих підходів, що поєднують економічні, соціальні та екологічні інтереси, забезпечуючи при цьому досягнення сталого розвитку суспільства. Мета статті – аналіз теоретичних і практичних аспектів розвитку «зелених фінансів», виявлення основних проблем «зеленого фінансування» в процесі повоєнної відбудови України та розробка пропозицій щодо шляхів їх подолання через впровадження ефективних фінансових інструментів.
