Abstract

Інформаційний продукт, створений на основі інноваційних технологій, розглядається сьогодні як товар (продукт) у сфері інформаційного суспільства і є однією з пріоритетних галузей розвитку економіки України. З метою стимулювання розвитку ІТ - галузі в Україні створено спеціальний правовий режим Дія Сіті, що є ефективним напрямком входження вітчизняної ІТ- індустрії у світовий ринок високо прогресивних технологій.

An information product, created on the basis of innovative technologies, is considered today as a commodity (product) in the field of information society and is one of the priority sectors of the development of the economy of Ukraine. In order to stimulate the development of the IT industry in Ukraine, a special legal regime of Diya City has been created, which is an effective way for the domestic IT industry to enter the world market of highly advanced technologies.
