Оцінка складових індексу інклюзивного розвитку України

Abstract

Досліджено сутність поняття «інклюзивність» та «інклюзивний розвиток», проаналізовано часткові показники індексу інклюзивного зростання України в розрізі їх поділу на показники-стимулятори та показники-дестимулятори інклюзивного зростання. Визначено відхилення значень часткових показників композитного індексу від стандартів інклюзивного розвитку для групи країн, що розвиваються. Проаналізовано взаємозв’язок часткових показників та механізм їх впливу на IDI індекс. Визначено необхідність стратегії інклюзивного розвитку, спрямованої на соціальну інтеграцію суспільства.

It is revealed that the concept of inclusive growth is the result of transformation of the sustainable development model. Numerous studies have shown that high rates of economic development do not ensure proportional income growth for all members of society and do not guarantee the overcoming of poverty. International economic organizations have initiated an economic model with new values, which is characterized by social integration of society, opposing rejection, poverty and inequality. Analysis of the components of the Inclusive Development Index of Ukraine has shown a significant negative deviation of the values of fractional indicators from the standards of inclusive development for a group of developing countries. The main reason for this situation is the lack of a comprehensive human-centered strategy for the country's development. As a result of this, for many years in a row, there has been a decline in the standard of living of population, a decrease in the attractiveness of the Ukrainian labor market, stratification of the population by income level, a decrease in savings and capital formation.
