Abstract

The textbook examines the concept of strategy and its varieties; the essence of strategic analysis and its role in the enterprise management system; systems for strategic measurement of business performance; methods of forecasting, comparative competitive analysis; SWOT analysis, strategic analysis of the business life cycle, development and economic justification of the production program strategy, strategic analysis of investment projects, strategic analysis of financial results and financial needs, strategic analysis as a basis for making strategic management decisions, etc. For each topic, a list of questions for self-control, tests, and practical tasks is given, the solution of which will make it possible to learn more deeply and consolidate the theoretical potential.
