Анотація
The article reveals the features of personnel management in a digital economy. The purpose of the study is to show the automation processes in the practice of domestic enterprises in the field of personnel management. The article's relevance is formed by the gradual economic transformation to digitalization and the needs of the labor market in qualified personnel. It is shown that by 2030 the projected share of the digital economy will be 65%. At the same time, the economy will require highly qualified personnel in various fields, including information technology. Analysis of the current situation in the labor market shows that most of the labor market is not formed by skilled workers. Therefore, to achieve macroeconomic goals, it is necessary to create skilled workers and personnel management approaches. Personnel management in the digital economy is carried out through the prism of planning, organization, motivation, and control. The most challenging part is personnel planning, as well as recruitment. Today's modern manufacturing enterprise has automated almost all areas of personnel management. The article considers the processes of automation of planning and selection of employees, personnel administration, payroll and remuneration, staff development, communication processes, work with freelancers, and the formation of socially-oriented projects. The most complex method of automation of personnel management is the selection of personnel, which, even in the most developed enterprises, can not be performed automatically. However, the penetration of automation of personnel management processes is growing every year. Modern technology allows you to select and conduct interviews with future professionals in an automated mode. The article also shows that the state is essential in personnel management in the digital economy, which should create the conditions for forming a market for highly qualified personnel. The study's novelty is the systematization of data on the automation of personnel management processes. The practical value lies in using research results to improve management processes in modern enterprises using automation tools.
