Effectiveness of disinfectants in sugar production

Abstract

This article presents the results of studies on the effectiveness of the new generation of disinfectants based on dichloroisocyanuric acid sodium, polyhexamethyleneguanidine, cytrocide, monenzyne sodium and natural hydroxy acids on contaminating microflora of sugar beet - active gray rot causative agents, which are the main cause of loss in beet mass and sucrose, as well as a sharp decline in the quality of raw materials.

В статті представлені результати щодо досліджень ефективності дезінфікуючих засобів нового покоління на основі натрій дихлорізоціанурової кислоти, полігексаметиленгуанідину, гідрохлориду, монензину натрію та натуральних гідроксикислот щодо контамінуючої мікрофлори цукрових буряків – збудників кагатної гнилі, які є основними причинами втрати бурякомаси і сахарози, а також різкого зниження якості сировини.
