Abstract

The article devoted to research of the stress as non-specific, stereotype human organism reaction to differeut surrounding stimuli. The article analyses stresses caused by global problems as well as specific daily roufines. The article also deals with coping processes which help individuals to control threatening situation and to adapt psycho-socially in stress-affected period. The article also analyses the main tasks of coping: the meaning of cognitive stress evaluation by individual; the influense of individual psychological peculiarities on coping behavior.
