Abstract

The paper presents the peculiarities of the formation of communicative competence of applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education, studying in dual form in the specialty 072 «Finance, Banking and Insurance» educational and professional program «Fiscal Administration», who will work as tax consultants in taxpayer service centers. taxes of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The effectiveness of the created program of the discipline «Communication Skills» on the basis of empirical research is analyzed.
