| dc.description.abstract | The characteristics of the offender’s personality are investigated in three subsystems: socio-demographic, social-role, moral-psychological. Based on their features, key features of the cybercriminal have been formed, which will further help to calculate the cybercriminal steps, which will make it easier for law enforcement agencies to search and solve crimes committed by cybercriminals. It has been determined that persons who are members of criminal groups can generally be characterized as highly qualified specialists with higher legal, economic (financial) and technical education. They explore the foundations of computer science (cybernetics, computer science, neurobionics, neurokibernetics) and effectively use this knowledge in the future in real life. | en |
