Правове регулювання видів місцевих гарантій в Україні, що формують гарантований місцевий (муніципальний) борг

Abstract

In the article, the issues of types of local guarantees, which are enshrined in the law and are implemented on the practice, are analyzed. There are five types of local guarantees, of which four types from the internal guarantees debt of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and territorial communities of cities. One from of local guarantees provided to international financial organizations as a guarantee of obligations of utility companies for loans received forms an external guaranteed local debt.
