Abstract

Робота присвячена комплексному аналізу впливу фінансових технологій на розвиток сучасного банківського сектору. Дослідження базується на прикладі АТ КБ «ПриватБанк» і охоплює оцінку методів впровадження фінтех-рішень, аналіз ефективності використання цифрових сервісів та визначення перспектив подальшої трансформації банківської діяльності. Результати роботи спрямовані на підвищення якості обслуговування клієнтів та зміцнення конкурентних позицій фінансових установ.The work is dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the impact of financial technologies on the development of the modern banking sector. The study is based on the example of JSC CB "PrivatBank" and covers the assessment of fintech implementation methods, analysis of the efficiency of using digital services, and the determination of prospects for further banking transformation. The results are aimed at improving customer service quality and strengthening the competitive positions of financial institutions.
