Публічне адміністрування в сфері модернізації системи соціального захисту

Abstract

У роботі досліджено еволюцію та сутність соціального захисту як об’єкта публічного адміністрування; проаналізовано сучасну архітектуру та механізми взаємодії суб’єктів публічної влади у соціальній сфері; оцінено реалізацію механізмів соціального захисту в умовах воєнного стану; виявлені проблеми та ризики функціонування системи соціального захисту. Обґрунтовано стратегічні орієнтири та інструменти підвищення ефективності публічного адміністрування соціального захисту населення.The article examines the evolution and essence of social protection as an object of public administration; analyzes the contemporary architecture and interaction mechanisms of public authorities in the social sphere; assesses the implementation of social protection mechanisms under conditions of martial law; and identifies key problems and risks affecting the functioning of the social protection system. Strategic priorities and instruments for enhancing the effectiveness of public administration in the field of social protection of the population are substantiated.
