Взаємозв’язок професійної рефлексії та саморозвитку майбутніх психологів

Abstract

Вивчено особливості професійної рефлексії в контексті особистісного розвитку та саморозвитку майбутніх психологів. Психодіагностично вивчено особливості розвитку професійної рефлексії та специфіки саморозвитку майбутніх психологів. Визначено особливості взаємозв’язку професійної рефлексії та саморозвитку майбутніх психологів. Розроблено тренінгову програму підвищення потенціалу професійної рефлексії як механізму саморозвитку майбутніх психологів. Досліджено зміни показників професійної рефлексії та саморозвитку майбутніх психологів після тренінгу. Надано рекомендації викладачам ЗВО щодо становлення професійної рефлексії у майбутніх психологів.Peculiarities of professional reflection in the context of personal development and self-development of future psychologists were studied. The peculiarities of the development of professional reflection and the specifics of the self-development of future psychologists were studied psychodiagnostically. The peculiarities of the relationship between professional reflection and self-development of future psychologists are determined. A training program has been developed to increase the potential of professional reflection as a mechanism for self-development of future psychologists. Changes in indicators of professional reflection and self-development of future psychologists after training were studied. Recommendations are given to teachers of higher education institutions regarding the formation of professional reflection in future psychologists.
