dc.description.abstract	The master's thesis examined the psychological features of the competitiveness of small business entrepreneurs, studied the influence of psychological aspects on decision-making in entrepreneurial activity, identified evaluation criteria and psychological components of the main activity of entrepreneurs, investigated psychological prerequisites that support or inhibit the development of entrepreneurship and ways of forming the ability to carry out entrepreneurial activity, recommendations are provided to increase the competitiveness of entrepreneurs in accordance with the obtained results. The study also established that the psychological characteristics of an entrepreneur influence the success of his business.	en
