Abstract

Small business is a key activity contributing to the development of the economy and the internal source of stability and well-being of all spheres of public life. Often, three main features of a small business are identified: a small segment of the market, which does not significantly affect prices and competitors; management independence (the company is not guided by a formal management structure, but initially by the owner or partners-owners); personalized management that assumes that the owner (partner-owners) participates in all aspects of business management and, in the process of making all decisions, is not subject to external control in its activity, in addition to the legislative restriction.
