Інформаційна логістика бізнес-процесів у системі стратегічного управління

Abstract

Розкрито важливість інформаційного забезпечення процесу стратегічного управління та визначено основні можливості інформаційної логістики, що має самостійне призначення у бізнесі та управлінні інформаційними потоками. Визначено функції інформаційної логістики. Проведено аналіз класифікації бізнес-процесів, виявлення ключових характеристик їх видів з метою формування необхідної класифікації для формування інтегрованої моделі інформаційної системи управління бізнес-процесами. Визначено, що інформаційні системи побудовані на основі концепції вертикальної та горизонтальної взаємодії бізнес-процесів органічно поєднують всі інформаційні підсистеми підприємства. The importance of the information provision of the strategic management process is disclosed, and the main features of information logistics, which has an independent purpose in business and management of information flows, are determined. The functions of information logistics are defined. The analysis of classification of business processes, revealing of the key characteristics of their types with the purpose of formation of the necessary classification for formation of the integrated model of information management system of business processes was conducted. It is determined that information systems based on the concept of vertical and horizontal construction of business processes organically combine all information subsystems of the enterprise.
